All prices on the website are in New Zealand Dollars. Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and freight unless specified otherwise.
Delivery charges are based on a flat fee of $12.5 for North Island and $16 for South Island delivery. Delivery becomes FREE on orders over $100 + GST.
Where payment is made via Credit Card goods will be shipped as soon as the order is received. Likewise if you have an account with us and have chosen to pay 'On Account'. Internet banking orders will need to be cleared in our bank account before orders are shipped.
You can expect delivery within 1-3 business days following dispatch from our store. South Island and rural addresses may take longer depending on your location. We will do our best to ensure prompt delivery, including meeting dates requested where possible. However we're unable to take responsibility for lateness due to reasons outside SMRS control.
Credit Card payments for Visa and Mastercard are processed by Paystation. For more information on Paystation, please visit their website here. We do not receive, process or store credit card details at any stage during the order process.

Any goods which have defects or are deemed warrantable shall be returned at the expense of the client in as near condition it was received.
In the event that stock levels do not allow SMRS to replace the faulty product, SMRS will credit the account invoice in full.
SMRS must be advised as soon as practicable after delivery of any faulty product.
SMRS is not liable for any damages or consequences that may occur from defect materials or installation errors.
Should goods be ordered incorrectly (including but not limited to incorrect quantity or incorrect model of product) we reserve the right to not credit the invoice, or to credit the account less 15% restocking fee. Where this occurs, contact must be made within 5 days of purchasing the goods.
To receive a refund for purchased product goods are required to be sent back to SMRS in its original packaging along with proof of purchase at the buyers expense.
For SMRS to approve a refund, please email smrs@xtra.co.nz. In your email please include an explanation of the reason for a refund, your proof of purchase, and, if possible a photo of the issue.

Prior to returning goods approval must be sought prior by the email and directions above. Items returned without approval may not be guaranteed a refund. Goods are to be delivered to our Office at 61 Ninth Avenue, Tauranga, Monday to Friday (no Saturday delivery)
No personal information will ever be distributed or used by any entity other than Steve Miller Rural Services.
We do not process or store credit card details. Credit card payments are processed by Paystation (see above).
